We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- European Union: 10-18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Rest of World: 14-25 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and do not include order processing time. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures or carrier logistics, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first.
