  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
  • Any content obtained from the service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • The quality, accuracy, or appearance of any products purchased, including color variations due to display settings.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to SiestaChic for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

All content featured on the SiestaChic website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of SiestaChic or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "SiestaChic" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of SiestaChic. You are not granted any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this site without the prior written permission of SiestaChic or the relevant third-party owner.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this website for any commercial purpose.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, alteration, or wear.
  • Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via the email associated with your order. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
